The photoelectric lightguards else called safety optoelectronic device are an infrared control system designed in compliance with the
European Machine Directive with an ACCIDENT PREVENTION purpose which can occur when the worker is loading - unloading or carrying out other operations THROUGH THE HANDS USE (MANUAL MANAGEMENT) or INTRODUCING BODY LIMBS (fingers, hand, arm, leg) in that machine area with machine members in dangerous movement and PROVOKING THE IMMEDIATE STOP MACHINE of such a movement.
The ESPE (ELECTRO SENSITIVE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT) is a valid optoelectronic safety device at multiple beams of
infrared rays placed separately on the EU market.
2) Main requirements of the "EL.Ind.Co "patented system
The lightguards , besides the "PARALLEL RAYS CURTAIN" take advantage of the El.Ind.Co peculiarity of the manufacturing of the
crossed rays curtain which greatly increases the DETECTION CAPABILITY or
interception resolution of any intruded object in the CROSSED IR RAYS CURTAIN.
A further advantage of the crossed rays curtain is that it works as a detector of even very thin flat objects passage (metal sheet, paper etc..) which otherwise could pass with impunity between the space of two parallel rays.
The exclusive and very useful manual or AUTOMATIC CALIBRATION SYSTEM at lower ON-OFF threshold trigger allows a simpler and quicker adjustment of the beams between TX and RX with a directional angle or laying acuity which can be narrowed as much as we like.

We think that the manufacturing of our latest MONORAY LIGHTGUARD WITH A RANGE TILL 1000 METERS with selfworking for
perimetral control of large areas or of BOUNDARIES with the automatic signaller of the point, overcome by a person through an indipendent radio coding , or by a satellite global position system, where there is one, is really remarkable and it works with solar photoelectrical panels. | |
